Observational study on interruptions during nurses work in two surgical wards of a hospital in Liguria

摘要: Introduzione. Le interruzioni lavorative che si verificano durante la pratica infermieristica sono pericolose per sicurezza del paziente, comportando un pesante carico cognitivo l'operatore e aumentando il rischio di commettere errori. Materiali metodi. E stato condotto uno studio osservazionale nelle UU.OO operative Neurochirurgia Chirurgia Vascolare ospedale ligure. L'osservazione durata 1 mese, dal luglio 2012 al agosto 2012. Per raccolta dati state utilizzate 3 schede, una ogni turno lavorativo, quali operatore doveva riportare in quale attiviti  veniva interrotto da cosa. Risultati. Sono rilevate totale 7744 nel mese rilevazione (5676 2068 vascolare). La fonte maggior interruzione campanello (38%), seguito telefono (28%) dalle richieste dei parenti (24%). In generale le principalmente interrotte rifacimento letti/cure igieniche, somministrazione preparazione della terapia, passaggio consegne compilazione documentazione infermieristica. Conclusioni. rimarranno parte inevitabile nella infermieristica, a causa sua stessa natura. Occorre conseguenza intervenire sulle ritenute evitabili variabili organizzative generano, fine aumentare paziente ed ottimizzare assistenziali.
