摘要: Abstract Each year, workers are killed in incidents involving confined spaces. To minimise and control the risks so far as reasonably practicale, space work should be thoroughly considered carefully planned before any entry. Unfortunately, when would-be rescuers attempt rescue of fellow workers, multiple fatalities can result. Confined always a deliberate undertaking, prior to entry taking place, conducted by trained personnel. This paper proposes five step procedure safely undertake rescue, mindful hierarchy for protection (rescuers, bystanders, casualties); level (self-rescue, non-entry rescue). The proposed is simplified broad-based process preparation conduct on-site or in-house teams, an adaptation procedures used professional emergency services. described acronym REALE.
