摘要: Women with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) are subject to several complications during pregnancy, including reactivation of SLE, thrombosis, miscarriage, neonatal lupus, pregnancy-induced hypertension, pulmonary hypertension drug toxicity. Correct management these patients requires combined medical-obstetric care, close surveillance baby's growth well-being, control SLE activity correct thromboprophylaxis. With good most pregnancies in women APS end successfully.
