摘要: Abstract:Lower income households make much heavier use of costly financial services, such as payday loans, check cashing auto title and many more. These services are crafted for, targeted to, distributed through outlets in lower neighborhoods. In other words, there extensive provisioning systems designed specifically to deliver products these households. Such marketing aimed at groups reduces both their wealth welfare relative upper middle groups.
