摘要: AbstractHashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) is the most common form of autoimmune thyroid diseases (AITD) characterized by progressive destruction tissue that may lead to hypothyroidism. High autoantibodies against peroxidase (TPOAb) levels are present in 90% patients with HT and serve as a clinical marker for detection early AITD/HT. The main aim our study was test whether recently identified genetic variants associated TPOAb also involved development.A total 504 unrelated individuals, including 200 304 controls, were this study.
