摘要: Doxorubicin (DOX) was immobilized on gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) capped with carboxymethyl chitosan (CMC) for effective delivery to cancer cells. The carboxylic group of interacts the amino doxorubicin forming stable, non-covalent interactions surface AuNPs. ionizes at acidic pH, thereby releasing drug effectively pH suitable target DOX loaded were absorbed by cervical cells compared free and their uptake further increased conditions induced nigericin, an ionophore that causes intracellular acidification.
