摘要: Abstract The space occupied by traditional and new human-based marine uses at sea is expanding, creating a need for developing methods to assess interactions between co-located in maritime spatial planning (MSP). However, no clear terminology use-use exists. Thus, an analytical framework decision support tools (DSTs) deduced from literature. Four spatial-temporal links are found either alone or together constitute interactions: location links, environmental technical user attraction links. It be important DSTs co-location management MSP iteratively through the process 1) spatially-temporally locate constituting interactions, 2) list conflicts synergies of located 3) weight synergies. With this framework, two types analysed their ability include co-location; matrix- ranking-based detect allocating avoid/minimise optimise Whereas first group categorise rank combinations, latter use information about which multi-use combinations possible as pre-existing knowledge, thus groups can advantageously used together. A discrepancy DSTs. argued that future could work on removing considering strengthen focus synergies, well prioritize ranking over binary approaches only evaluate compatibility.
