摘要: An assay of artificial inoculation on banana leaf fragments in vitro was studied. Fragments 3.5 x cm the first fully expanded (10 fragments/cultivar) were washed with sterilized water and placed 10 Petri dishes containing 20 g agar.L–1 + 40 µg.mL–1 benzimidazol. The inoculated different concentrations M. fijiensis conidia obtained from cultures pathogen incubated under fluorescent light. number lesions its evolution to stages development assessed daily a single infection cycle. optimal conidial concentration for determined. A strong correlation between curves time at monocyclic level disease cultivars polycyclic field observed allowing sustain that method is useful compare partial resistance Musa Black Sigatoka aggressiveness populations controlled conditions. duration green life experiments do not allowed assess intensiveness sexual reproduction pathogen. Further research required increasing leaves formation spots.
