摘要: We review our recent experimental studies on nonlinear interaction of intense ultrashort filaments in air. Strong spatiotemporal couplings are observed for non-collinearly interacting and their intensity interference assists the formation wavelength-scale periodic plasma density region. Plasma waveguides based such modulation experimentally as a potential high-intensity laser component. As result refractive index, gratings established with relatively long lifetime, giving rising to time-delayed diffraction efficient energy transfer between filaments. Two-dimensional well two-dimensional diffracted arrays observed. The non-collinear filament induces observable elongation remarkable third harmonic enhancement more than two orders magnitude. Nonlinear could be controlled coalesce intersecting ultraviolet femtosecond into single quite small core diameter.
