摘要: It has been shown that various chemical agents (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, zinc sulphate, ethyl alcohol, and rotenone) have different effects on preactivation (priming) of neutrophils develop under weak combined collinear static alternating magnetic fields (combined fields: a field 42 μT an 0.86 with the sum frequencies 1.0, 4.4 16.5 Hz). Low concentrations (0.05%) ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid decrease intensity luminol dependent chemiluminescence in response to activator respiratory burst peptide N-formyl-Met–Leu–Phe action lesser extent than control. In contrast, alcohol (0.45%) sulphate (0.1 mM) greater effect this process fields. Rotenone (1 μM) neutrophil both
