摘要: Due to the changing demographics within country, family counselors will work with an increasing number of culturally diverse clients. Both American Counseling Association and International Couples Family Counselors have indicated in code ethics that must be knowledgeable culturalfactors. This article outlines ethical mandates for cultural sensitivity, including importance a broad definition culture, knowledge values beliefs clients, awareness counselor's identity, development appropriate skills.
