Extending the GTAP data base for analysis of climate change. Final report September 15, 1997--September 14, 1998

摘要: To date, studies of the trade impacts carbon restrictions under Framework Convention on Climate Change have suffered from severe data limitations. This project aimed to improve analytical basis for development policies relating such restrictions. In particular, authors constructed a publicly available base which contains combination (a) comprehensive input-output by region, (b) bilateral and protection data, (c) energy price, quantity tax data. The been pre-released testing half-dozen key research groups around world who are working climate change, based their feedback set has finalized.
