摘要: Geodesists are only too well aware of the effects atmospheric refraction on electromagnetic wave propagation. Optical measurement angles is affected by mean spatial gradient and small-scale fluctuating gradients refractive index, which cause displacement blurring image, while electronic distance index over transmission path (Tatarskii 1961; Clifford 1978).
