摘要: Background Excess weight has been associated with increased morbidity and a worse prognosis in adult patients early-stage cancer. The optimal lifestyle interventions to optimize anthropometric measures amongst cancer survivors remain inconsistent. Objective To conduct systematic review network meta-analysis (NMA) of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing the effects exercise dietary alone or combination on survivors. Methods A search Medline, Embase Cochrane Trials Registry was performed. Outcomes interest included changes weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference. Screening data collection were performed by two reviewers. Bayesian NMAs Results Overall, 98 RCTs included; 75 incorporated (n = 12,199). Groups intervention strategies included: 3 interventions, 8 7 diet standard care. Median duration 26 weeks. NMA suggested that (mean difference [MD] -2.25kg, 95% CrI -3.43 -0.91kg) (MD -2.52kg, -3.54 -1.62kg) more loss compared All achieved similar magnitude range from -2.03kg -2.52kg). Both demonstrated greater BMI reductions versus care, each alone, circumference than Conclusion Diet are effective improve reputable diets appear be similarly achieve loss.
