摘要: Molecular marker technologies have revolutionized the way animal genetics research is conducted. The development of DNA-based genetic markers has had a revolutionary impact on genetics. For commercial breeders, DNA typing offers new and powerful test for collecting information their animals to enhance improvement through selection high performance progeny. identification traits economic importance will also facilitate superior in future. present study was conducted evaluate use RAPD parentage relations investigate misidentification paternity frequency self cross-species Arabian Bactrian camels. Some mating groups offspring’s exhibited homogeneous pattern indicative very low level polymorphism others showed heterogeneous polymorphism. Cluster analysis revealed two main clusters S (Sufer) group with 89-92% similarity, M (Magaheem) sire this 76% genetically similar dams offspring, one cluster G (Shogeh) offspring out 91% similarity. On other hand, B (Bactrian) three clusters. A consisted dam 2 3 pregnant from sire. includes 4 samples subdivided into subgroups; Subgroup 10 its mother 12 0.840.89 similarity matrix. C sire, samples: 0.89-0.92 Amplification products sires, presence common specific markers. Thus, RAPD-DNA-based are tools studies camel.
