摘要: Prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) was shown to induce neuronal death in the CNS. To characterize neurotoxicity of PGE2 and E-prostanoid receptors (EP) motor neurons, we investigated PGE2-induced cell type(s) EP responsible for mediating it NSC-34, a neuron-like line. Immunoblotting studies showed that EP2 EP3 were dominantly expressed NSC-34 cells neurons mice. Exposure butaprost, an agonist, but not sulprostone, EP1/3 resulted decreased viability these cells. These results suggest induces by activation
