摘要: We study the conductance of an interconnect between two graphene leads formed by a single-atom carbon chain. Its dependence on chemical potential and number atoms in chain is qualitatively different from that case normal-metal leads. Electron transport proceeds via narrow resonant states wire. The latter arise due to strong reflection at junctions leads, which caused small density low energy. energy transmission coefficient near resonance asymmetric acquires universal form energies. find with zigzag edges dispersion edge has significant effect device conductance.
