摘要: Abstract Continuous cooling transformation (CCT) diagrams and properties of four kinds low-silicon C–Mn–Si–Al transformation-induced plasticity (TRIP) steels with different carbon contents, or without microalloy element Ti/V, as well a reference TRIP steel containing 1.19 wt.% Si were studied. The CCT exhibited that the equivalent (CE) increased, it caused shift ferrite forming pearlite temperatures to right side bainite martensite lower diagram. microstructural evolution obtained from dilatometry samples revealed highest rates produced fully martensitic microstructure in all cases except steel. As rate decreased, more formed. increase CE amount martesite microstructure. Tensile test Erichsen investigated showed an excellent mechanical strength ductility combination, tensile between 800 1000 MPa, total elongation around 20%, quite good formability dome height about 10 mm cases.
