摘要: Preforms containing carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were fabricated by in situ grown unidirectional cloths, and densified chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) to prepare CNT reinforced C/C composites (CNT-C/C composites). The density change of obtained during CV! was investigated. results show that densification rate CNT-C/C is higher than pure composite. Densification has the maximum value when content 5 wt%. Polarized-light optical microscopy, SEM TEM used analyze effect CNTs on structure composites. existence can not only contribute formation high-textured pyrolytic carbon, but also increase number interfaces form complicated interface This leads flexural properties (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V.
