摘要: A sensitive method based on preconcentration a membrane filter with finely pulverized anion-exchange resin has been developed for the determination of gallium in water samples by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry. Gallium (10-60)ng, 20-500ml sample solution, was retained as Pyrocatechol Violet complex anion at pH 5; resulting filtered through filter. portion (3mm diameter) inserted into cuvette, and absorbance measured 294.4nm. The relative standard deviations five measurements 30ng 5%. detection limit 1.5ng 500ml (3ngGa l-1) sample. interference various ions studied, optimum conditions were mine-drainage river-water samples.
