摘要: This is a detailed study carried out in Solanum sisymbriifolium Lam. on the development of circular cell cluster (CCC) during crystal deposition, as well composition crystals. Light microscopy and scanning transmission electron (TEM) were used to characterize tissue throughout anther development. Energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX) allowed determination elemental crystals that form CCC region, infrared x-ray diffraction specify salt composition. TEM revealed originated simultaneously within vacuoles association with paracrystalline protein. Prior appearance protein vacuoles, paracrystals visible both rough endoplasmic reticulum vesicles ribosomes their membranes. In constitute nucleation sites for druse formation. EDAX C, O, Ca main elements, K, Cl, Mg, P, S, Si, minor elements. powder detected predominant presence calcium oxalate, but also vestiges calcite, quartz, sylvite. The oxalate coexisted three chemical forms, is, whewellite, weddellite, caoxite. Infrared spectrophotometry identified bands O-C-O, H-O, C-H bonds, all Si-O-Si, quartz. These results compared studies anthers other Solanaceae genera.
