摘要: Much attention has been paid to biosurfactants produced using microorganisms, but little direct evidence for the development of natural combined with Chinese medicinal herbs are available. We investigated emulsification and antioxidation biosurfactant extracts from herb fermentation (BECMHF) in vitro their application in water retention capacity skin prick allergy test (SPAT) index cells. The results showed that BECMHF was positively associated index. SPAT 8 0 at a 1% or 2% concentration, suggesting no sensitivity adverse effects on Eight BECMHFs Alcaligenes piechaudii CC-ESB2 exhibited antioxidant capabilities, including 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical superoxide scavenging activity, dismutase (SOD)-like activity concentration 10 mg/ml. mechanism involved inhibitory nitrite, inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) expression, reactive oxygen species (ROSs) generation. exhibit favorable antioxidative properties health food satisfactory emulsifying moisturizing characteristics cosmetic formulations, which have potential applications industries, respectively.
