摘要: Background: Investigating the spatial aspects of disease can help decision-makers and researchers better understand pattern disease, is also very important in implementation control programs. Given vast area Iran, as well diverse geographical climate conditions country, using information system (GIS) a suitable method for study influenza. In this study, we provide clear picture distribution influenza-like illness (ILI) Iranian provinces through years from 2011 to 2016 by applying spatio-temporal analysis, geographic (GIS). Disease rates location year are estimated, then hot spots cold distinguished. Methods: This was conducted ILI incidence rate data recorded Influenza Surveillance System August 2016. The Choropleth map various equal interval natural break classifications were used. local Getis-Ord Gi* used identify regions where, some reason, had significantly clustered spatially. Statistical analyses done ArcGIS 10.2 software. Results: indicates that highest belongs period 2014 2015 with 180.26 (95%CI: 177.65 182.9) per 100,000 people. results show 5-year mean Zanjan, Markazi, Lorestan, Ilam, North Khorasan, South Khorasan provinces. Also, has formed spot between 2013 on eastern borders Iran afterward during western country. Conclusion: importance influenza its huge economic burden society, identifying manage disease.
