摘要: Methylmercury (MeHg) has been extracted from biological samples using Microwave Assisted Extraction (MAE). In order to find the optimal experimental conditions extract a screening design was used allowing establishment of significant MAE operating variables affecting total recovery Methylmercury. A reference material (DORM-1) as sample in this study. Four were selected for evaluation: temperature, extraction time, added 6M HCl amount and solvent (toluene) volume. The statistical treatment obtained results indicated that temperature only significantly affect methylmercury recoveries. Then, obtain response surface applied reproducibility study carried out optimum reached showing mean 100.2±2.0 % case DORM-1. Other available materials also validate microwave procedure.
