摘要: Summary: The new diagnostic category in the Depressive Disorders chapter of DSM-5 entitled ‘Major Disorder With Mixed Features’ is applied to individuals who meet criteria for Major and have concurrent subsyndromal hypomanic or manic symptoms. But operational definition this specifier much closer that hypomania mania than atypical depression older ‘mixed depression.’ Moreover, multiple studies shown characteristics with condition clinical trajectory their illness bipolar patients depressed without comorbid Thus we believe would be more appropriately placed Bipolar DSM-5. We also blurring depressive disorder- disorder boundary one cause low inter-rater reliability diagnosis Disorder.
