摘要: Congenital anomalies (CA) are believed to be one of the best mutation endpoints for genetic monitoring in regions polluted by environmental mutagens (Crow, 1971). It is well known they heterogenous their etiology. Their fluctuation time may correspond changing concentration mutagens. The determination CA should based on medical-statistical data. But it possible only case detailed identification each proband and analysis other additional data (Czeizel Sankaranarayanan, 1984; Bochkov Sram, 1989).
