Molecular cloning of a human immunoglobulin λ chain variable sequence

摘要: We have cloned a human V lambda cDNA sequence from an Ig lambda-producing Burkitt lymphoma cell line (BL2) by taking advantage of constant region gene as primer for synthesis instead oligo(dT) primer. The amino acid deduced the nucleotide clones is highly related to that NEW protein subgroup I. Southern blot hybridization DNAs with I probe showed at least 12 hybridizing fragments. These fragments are amplified in K562 cells which derive case chronic myelogenous leukemia and contain c-abl oncogene C sequences.
