摘要: Second generation poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimers were synthesized and peripherally modified with glutamic acid (PAMAM-MG) as a shell. The effect of the on crystallization different calcium phosphate compounds was investigated in both double one way diffusion systems. It found that crystals showed tape-like morphology presence PAMAM-MG, crystals’ thickness width decreased compared to those grown without dendritic molecules. Such result might be due interaction electric charges between molecules octacalcium (Ca8H2(PO4)6·5H2O, OCP), which led adsorption PAMAM-MG 100 010 surfaces OCP. Moreover, an affinity for gelatin, it could cause formation amorphous (Ca9(PO4)6·nH2O, ACP) at concentration 5 mg/mL PAMAM-MG. These results suggest used regulating OCP changing composition minerals gels.
