Intensity Noise in a Wavelength-Locked Fabry–Perot Laser Diode to a Spectrum Sliced ASE

摘要: We derived analytic expression for the relative intensity noise (RIN) of a wavelength-locked Fabry-Perot laser diode (FP LD) in single mode region. The RIN output is function photon density and life time. It also depends on wavelength detuning injected amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) power. investigated modulation transfer FP LD its dependence detuning. result has good agreement with simulation result.
