摘要: THE FIRST DESCRIPTION of congenital absence the pericardium was given in 1559 by Realdo Columbus. Since then, over 110 cases have been reported. This relatively rare condition has diagnosed with increased frequency last two decades. The defect is usually partial, involving entire left portion pericardium. Much less common on right, or 1 Occasionally involves but a small one side, again, side.
