摘要: Geometric routing protocols are a memoryless and scalable approach which uses position information for routing. Principles of geometric approaches very simple. Every node is assumed to be aware the location itself, its neighbors, destination. Based only on these information, every able perform decision. The can determined by either geographic coordinates (we thus talk routing) or logical extracted from environment. In former case, may derived thanks GPS estimated any other positioning mean such as triangulation. latter new coordinate system has built. This chapter reviews main algorithms in coordinate-based system, highlighting strengths weaknesses each them.
