摘要: We define in section 1 our notion of land reform, on 2, the most important social and political movements reform Latin America are presented. On 3 we use a theoretical model context economic growth with human capital learning-by-doing to evaluate reforms. Section 4, discusses results. 5 presents some efficiency estimates for ?Cedula? project 2000 NE Brazil - market led bill project, sponsored by World Bank (WB) Ministry Agricultural Development (MDA).
