摘要: In many respects, Singapore represents an urban laboratory in which several of the panaceas contemporary town planning theory have been tested and successfully implemented. Urban poverty has almost eradicated as planners policy‐makers experimented with textbook prescriptions on service hierarchies, public housing integrated transport to control urbanisation pressures channel growth, according a carefully planned spatial distribution land‐use activities. The economic environmental benefits are there for all see. This paper traces morphology development plans within physical regime provided policy framework complete restructuring fabric helped guide long‐term towards achievement specific goals.
