摘要: The use of techniques cryopreservation gametes in domestic cats are considered important enhancing procedures assisted reproduction. Vitrification is based on the high concentrations cryoprotectants order to inhibit formation ice crystals. It possible that induces production reactive oxygen species (ROS) or change enzymatic antioxidant potential oocyte, so one might speculate addition antioxidants means vitrification could reduce oxidative stress caused by cryoprotectants. In first experiment compared four protocols using as base medium (MB) TCM199 (tissue culture 199) more antibiotic glucose plus cryoprotectants: G1 (EG + 3M ethylene glycol 2M dimethyl-DMSO), G2 (3M EG 1,2 propanediol PrOH) , G3 (1.5 M 1M DMSO) and G4 1.5 . After thawing, material was assessed for viability morphological changes (staining cFDA / trypan blue). this there no statistical difference (p = 0.2857) among groups thawed oocytes studied with respect morphology, but relation oocyte had a higher percentage viable did not differ ( 35.71% 36.84 %, respectively p 0.018). second three vitamin E (0.4 0.6 0.8 mM) were added protocol MB PrOH L forming G 0.4 mM, mM 0 (no E). choice accordance results obtained I. We observed improvement 0.0032) normal morphology (88.6 %) (62.5 %). Experiment II maintained their after thawing subjected vitro maturation period 36 hours. When evaluating resumption meiosis, we between 4 also when they control (fresh undergoing IVM 0.0052). concluded at concentration can improve rate post -thaw survival, studies needed know real harm substance oocyte.
