摘要: The gene VI product, protein 6 (P6), of Cauliflower mosaic virus (CaMV) assembles into large, amorphous inclusion bodies (IBs) that are considered sites for viral synthesis and genome replication encapsidation. P6 IBs align with microfilaments require them intracellular trafficking, a result implying function to move complexes or virions within the cell support physiology. Through yeast two-hybrid screen we determined CHUP1, plant allowing chloroplast transport through an interaction microfilament, interacts P6. between CHUP1 was confirmed colocalization in vivo co-immunoprecipitation assays. A truncated fused enhanced cyan fluorescent protein, unable chloroplasts, inhibited movement P6–Venus inclusions. Silencing N. edwardsonii impaired ability CaMV infect plants. findings suggest supports infection
