Inducción de ciclos estrales en la perra: actualización bibliográfica

摘要: Estrus induction in the bitch is indicated many cases. It may be considered for treatment of primary or secondary anestrus which there has not been found any underlying cause; it also used cycling order to synchronize pregnancy and whelping more convinient time. In addition, reliable synchronous estrus really important canine embryo transfer programs. Reported methods include use exogenous gonadotropins (luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating human chorionic gonadotropin, pregnant mare serum menopausal gonadotropin) their combination with synthetic estrogens (diethylstilbesterol), GnRH agonists (lutrelin, buserelin, fertirelin, deslorelin, leuprolide), prostaglandin dopamine (bromocryptine cabergoline). These have a widely difference efficacy as well fertility estus. This review will summarize published reports on induction.
