摘要: Department of Physical Therapy, Sahmyook University Purpose:The purpose this study was to investigate the effect motion-based game exercise program andstretching on static and dynamic standing balance in elderly women. Methods:Subjects participated 40 eldery women took part study. Theaverage age 70.60 years. All subjects could walk without an assistive device. subjectswere during 4 weeks(3 days per week, 30min/day). participants were assessed onberg scale(BBS), functional reach test(FRT), timed up go test(TUG).&Results:The data analyzed using paired t-test. After weeks training, result studywere as follows: The BBS significant difference between test-retest(p<0.05). TUG theelderly Motion-Based from FRT wasmore than stretching program(p<0.05). we also found differences forboth groups scores, changes mean BBS, but not significant. Conclusion:We findings suggest that person improve their throughMotion-Based program, program.KeyWords:Balance, Eldery women, Stretching exercise,
