摘要: The present lecture describes well established techniques used for numerical simulations of complex aerodynamic flows. paper is restricted to problems with steady mean flow, that is, steady-state solutions the Euler equations governing and Reynolds/averaged Navier-Stokes equations. Attention focused on two major parts algorithms. These are spatial discretization time stepping Spatial outlined which perform accurate as few possible discrete points in flow domain. Care must be taken resolve all relevant phenomena, i.e. smoothly varying regions inviscid Flow discontinuities shocks slip lines, viscous layers governd by diffusion. Moreover, analysis well-known experience show choice also influences convergence overall method desired steady-state.
