摘要: A bandwidth extension (BWE) algorithm from wideband to superwideband (SWB) is proposed for a scalable speech/audio codec that uses modified discrete cosine transform (MDCT) coefficients as spectral parameters. The first split into several subbands are represented gain parameters and normalized MDCT in the BWE algorithm. We then estimate of be fetched quantize fetch indices. After that, we by using relative ratios between adjacent subbands. embedded standard codec, SW Bextension G.729.1 Annex E, its bitrate quality compared with those already employed codec. It shown comparison relatively reduces around 19% better quality, SWB E.
