摘要: A discussion of an article with the aforementioned article, published in this journal (Volume 10, No. 3, May/June 2005), is presented. The discusser feels that original authors made some critical errors their attempt to estimate service life epoxy coated reinforcing steel for bridge decks. Inappropriate field survey techniques, laboratory evaluation and methods analyses are faulted causing erroneous estimations.
