摘要: This paper presents an integrated kinematics and dynamic modeling of the swing, hoist, crowd movements electric mining shovel driven by regenerative vector-controlled ac drives through ropes gear reducers. The is modeled as a 4-DOF articulated mechanical system with three rotating joints one prismatic joint. Using developed models, typical truck loading cycle digging, swinging, dumping, returning evaluated. effect digging torque extracted from field records, speed, position, torque, power each drive during entire are reported analyzed, showing benefits drives.
