摘要: This paper establishes an approach to develop models for forecasting demand and evaluating policy scenarios related planned capacity expansion meeting optimistic pessimistic future projections. A system dynamics framework is used model generate because of their capability representing physical information flows, which will enable us understand the nonlinear behavior in uncertain conditions. These can provide important inputs such as construction growth, GDP investment growth specific business decisions policies that improve performance.
