摘要: Ectomesenchyme derived from cardiac neural crest is critical to aorticopulmonary septation in the heart. However, any unique contribution of ectomesenchyme extracellular matrix conotruncus has not been demonstrated previously. In this study chronology and topography soluble tropoelastin (STE) aldehyde-rich protein (ARP) elastic connective tissues have examined chick embryo, stages 21–38, quail-chick chimera, 24–35 (quail fold grafted onto a embryo). STE was located with immunofluorescence histochemistry, ARP Schiff's reagent. With these procedures prevenient site elastin synthesis are observed readily. The results show that myocardium proper appears role instigation elastogenesis fiber orientation; mesenchymal cells whose contains fibers ectomensenchymal, origin; deployed an orderly proximal-distal sequence. It hypothesized event septation.
