摘要: Current research of knowledge management (KM) is mostly based on experience in developed countries that are already becoming economies [16]. In general, ICT (information and communication technologies) playing an important part KM these countries. Applications their models frameworks might not yield expected results developing It necessary to help organisations understand the issues local context. Towards this goal, paper explores current practice China through a case study recently created Chinese mobile phone company (referred as Lotus). The researchers present model demonstrating how can promote effective Lotus findings. However, more applicable wider context than just China.
