摘要: The invention herein provides a silicone polymer emulsion comprising: a) polymer; and b) surfactant; liquid continuous phase comprising diol, wherein the diol comprises from about 25 to 100% by weight of phase. Further provided is method making condensation polymer/silicone blend steps of: preparing silicone/polymer in phase; introducing into polymerization reaction medium prior or during reaction, (1) diacid, di-isocyanate, dialkyl carbonate, diaryl dihalo carbonate mixture thereof, phase, both component; c) polymerizing component b(1) thereby forming blend. Polymer blends are also provided.
