摘要: This invention provides methods and combination formulations kits to reduce the toxicity of camptothecin drugs, such as irinotecan (CPT-11). Disclosed are therapeutics treatment employing drugs in with agents that increase conjugative enzyme activity or glucuronosyltransferase activity, decrease biliary transport protein cyclosporine A, resultant effects which significant side previously associated using these drugs.
