摘要: Trends like digital transformation even intensify the already overwhelming mass of information knowledge workers face in their daily life. To counter this, we have been investigating work and management support measures inspired by human forgetting. In this paper, give an overview solutions found during last 5 years as well challenges that still need to be tackled. Additionally, share experiences gained with prototype a first forgetful system used 24/7 our for 3 years. We also address untapped potential more explicated user context features memory inhibition, which is current focus research.
