摘要: A compound of formula (I), wherein each A1 and A2, independently, is H C1-12 alkyl, C7-10 phenylalkyl, R1CO (where R1 C1-20 C3-20 alkenyl, phenyl, naphthyl, or phenylalkyl), R2OCO R C1-10 alkyl provided that when one A2 R2OCO, the other must be H; X1 X2, indepently, H, F, Cl, Br, OH, CH3, CF3, at least X2 A3 Phe Tyr; A4 NH2, NH-R3 (wherein R3 a saturated aliphatic C1-8 alkyl): pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; therapeutic composition comprising such compound; method using compound.
