摘要: T TODAY our society and social institutions are being reshaped by the rapid advances in information technology: computers, telecommunications, networks. Modern digital technologies have vastly increased capacity to know do things communicate collaborate with others. They allow us transmit quickly widely, linking distant places diverse areas of endeavor productive new ways. This technology allows form sustain communities for work, play, learning ways unimaginable just a decade ago. Information changes relationship between people knowledge.
