摘要: Abstract To evaluate the neonicotinoid insecticide tolerance in larvae of Coccinella septempunctata, which is a crucial focus integrated pest management (IPM) programs, we used lethal and median doses (LR50) such insecticides monitored insect mortality development using direct-contact method. The tests show that are highly toxic to larvae. LR50 pre-imaginal stage ranked as follows: 0.06% clothianidin GR > dinotefuran 5% acetamiprid EC 2% thiamethoxam LDL 70% imidacloprid WP 350g/L SC. rates tended stabilize after 72 h, even until stage. Hazard quotient (HQ) values indicate high potential risks on C. septempunctata off farmland. dose affects developmental duration, fourth-instar weight, pupal weight increment treated septempunctata. These results emphasize importance assessing side effects chemical treatments natural predator species serving biological control agents for IPM strategies agriculture.
